Theresa Senico was born and raised in Cape May County. She grew up in the Villas, attended Our Lady Star of the Sea School in Cape May, graduated from Lower Cape May Regional High School and also graduated form Stockton State College with a BA in finance.

"I have been a licensed New Jersey Realtor and member of the National Association of Realtors since 1997.  I made a commitment to continue the family owned business that my father started over 25 years ago.  I believe in contuning education for Realtors. As a Realtor, it is necessary to stay informed about the ever changing real estate market in order to best serve the public.  I am certified in a number of specialty fields including: Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist. 

The most enjoyable part of my job is when the common goal of both a buyer and a seller are met to satisfaction.  I strive to make the buying and selling process easy and fun from the beginning of the home search to the final title closing, with little or no stress .
